RICHMOND HILL, Ont. — York regional police are appealing to the public for help locating two people wanted in a homicide north of Toronto.

Officers, investigating a report that a woman had been killed, found the body of a 28-year-old woman in a Richmond Hill, Ont., home on Dec. 20.

She has been identified as Shelby Goldhar of Richmond Hill.

Clifford Campsall, 27, of Richmond Hill was arrested and has been charged with second-degree murder and indignity to a dead body.

Two other Richmond Hill residents — 25-year-old Felicia Land and 24-year-old Nikita Pouzanov — are wanted in connection with the incident.
